This document is the seller's public offer to enter into an agreement on the terms below. By paying for a selected electronic book, the buyer fully and unconditionally accepts this offer.

The seller applies the Russian special tax regime for professional income and sells electronic books through galinali.ru.

The seller shall provide the buyer with access to the full version of the selected electronic book, and the buyer shall pay its price. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial reading through the buyer's account on the website.

An electronic book is provided digitally through the online reader. No physical copy or physical delivery is provided. Purchasing access does not transfer exclusive rights to the text, design, or other book materials.

To purchase a book, the user signs in, selects a book, reviews its description and price, and clicks the purchase button. Before paying, the buyer should check the book title and displayed price. The order is linked to the account used to make the purchase.

The price of each electronic book is displayed in Russian rubles on its public page before the buyer proceeds to payment. The seller may change prices for future orders; the price of an order that has already been paid does not change.

Payment is made online through the Robokassa payment service. Bank card data is entered and processed by the payment service; galinali.ru does not store full bank card details. Payment is deemed successfully completed after confirmation is received from the payment service.

After successful payment is confirmed, the electronic book becomes available in the user's personal library on galinali.ru. Access is provided digitally and is linked to the account used for the purchase.

Purchased books are displayed in the personal library after sign-in. The buyer must use the same account that was used for the purchase. The buyer is responsible for keeping access to the account secure and must not transfer the account to third parties.

Refund requests are considered in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, this offer, and the actual circumstances of the payment. The buyer may contact the seller in the event of a technical error, duplicate charge, failure to provide access to the book, or another justified situation.

The request should include the book title, the account email, and information sufficient to identify the payment, but must not include full bank card details. Usaratonkati@yandex.ru.

The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. The seller takes reasonable measures to keep the website operational and to restore access in the event of a confirmed technical error. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of account details and for complying with the terms of use of the book.

Book texts and related materials are protected by intellectual property law. The buyer receives the right to read them personally. Copying, publishing, distributing, reselling, or otherwise using the materials without the rights holder's permission is prohibited except where expressly permitted by law.

Buyer data is processed to the extent needed to operate the account, process payment, provide book access, and support the user. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. The parties should first try to resolve disputes by contacting the seller. This offer takes effect when published on the website; a new version applies to orders placed after that version is published.
